Shipping policy

Digital Services — No Physical Shipping
A&F AI SERVICES provides 100% digital services. No physical products, shipping, or courier delivery are involved. All services and deliverables are shared digitally through WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, or another agreed platform.
Service Activation & Duration:
Services begin after full payment and receipt of all required account access, brand information, content, and assets. Social media management packages are valid for 1 month from the agreed start date.
Delivery Timeline:
- Sample Projects: Maximum 1 day.
- Full Creative Packages: Maximum 2 weeks.
- Social Media Management & other services: Content is delivered progressively according to the agreed schedule.
Timelines may be extended if required information, feedback, approvals, or materials are delayed by the client.
Content & Approval:
Where applicable, A&F AI SERVICES will provide digital creatives and edited content. For full creative packages, deliverables may be shared one by one for approval before proceeding with the next.
Additional Charges:
Collaboration charges and advertising/ad-run charges are not included in the package price. If required, they will be charged separately.
Delivery Issues:
If you do not receive your deliverables within the applicable timeline, please contact A&F AI SERVICES for assistance.
