Effective Date: August 30, 2026

1. Payment: Full payment is required before work begins. Services start only after payment and required information/materials are received.

2. Service Period: Social media management packages are valid for 1 month from the agreed start date. Other services follow their specified delivery timeline.

3. Client Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate information, content, brand assets, account access, and timely approvals. Delays may affect delivery timelines.

4. Revisions & Approval: Revisions are available according to the selected package. Sample projects are not eligible for changes after completion. Full-package content may be reviewed and approved progressively.

5. Digital Services: All services and deliverables are provided digitally. No physical shipping or delivery is included.

6. Additional Charges: Collaboration and advertising/ad-run charges are not included and will be charged separately if required.

7. Organic Growth: Social media growth services focus on genuine, organic growth. We do not provide or guarantee fake followers, bots, or guaranteed follower/reach numbers.

8. Service Completion: Services are considered completed according to the selected package and agreed deliverables/service period.
